Returns
Any item purchased through the website can be returned for an exchange or refund.
Returned goods must be unused,in a saleable condition with all the tags still attached and packaging included.
Returned goods must be returned within 30 days, If you are returning an item for exchange/refund you are responsible for return postage costs.
If you are returning the item for any other reason then it is faulty (please see below), you will be responsible for the postage of the replacement product.
Please make sure the correct contact details are left during the checkout process.
Returning faulty items in the UK.
If you are returning an item that is faulty we will refund return postage costs.
When returning by Royal mail please ask the Post Office for a Certificate of Posting, its free and will assist if there was a problem.
